Refund Policy
1. Overview
At The Quarry’s Edge, we take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted products, curated gift boxes, freeze-dried treats, and creative workshop experiences.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or email confirmation).
Please note:

Handcrafted or custom-made products, limited-edition surprise boxes, and perishable items (such as freeze-dried treats) are final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Workshop registrations are covered separately (see Section 5).
3. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards or e-gift certificates

Digital downloads or online experiences

Custom or personalized orders
-
Clearance or “final sale” items

Perishable goods (e.g., food or freeze-dried items)
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to request the item be returned for inspection before a refund is issued.
5. Workshops, Events & Experiences

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

If The Quarry’s Edge cancels or reschedules an event, participants may choose between a full refund or transfer to a new date.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any returned items.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
