Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Quarry’s Edge! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping timelines, delivery methods, and related procedures.

 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently offer shipping within Canada.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Ontario & Quebec: 3–7 business days

    • Other Canadian Provinces: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

 

3. Local Pickup (St. Marys, Ontario)

We also offer free local pickup at our retail location:

  • Pickup is available during regular business hours.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 24–48 hours).

  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID for verification at pickup.

 

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on your location and selected service.
A tracking number will be provided when available.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at info@thequarrysedge.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
The Quarry’s Edge is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working toward expanding our delivery network in the near future.

 

8. Workshop & Event Purchases

Workshop tickets, event bookings, or downloadable materials do not include physical shipping. Confirmation of your booking will be delivered by email.
